What to Expect

Hotels provided are in Bur Dubai area with good room sizes (300 - 400 sq ft).
All lunches and dinners shall be done in pure veg Indian restaurants in Dubai.
For Jain breakfast separate provision will be made in the breakfast buffet to cater to their requirements.

Exclusions

Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

The best time to visit Dubai is between Oct - March. It's not too warm to travel during this period as well as most activities are also open during this time.

Terms and Conditions

Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 20,000 per person if booking is done 21 days before travel.
Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.

Dubai Jain Tour (Jain Food Only)

This tour is designed for Indian travelers seeking a complete Dubai experience but making sure their specific food requirements (pure veg and jain food) are met during the trip. The tour covers stay at a 4 star hotel (which serve Indian breakfast). All important sights in Dubai are covered over a span of 5 days with the last day kept for shopping before returning back to India. All meals (lunches and dinners) are served in pure veg restaurants in a mix of thali or buffet arrangement.
